Residential Carpet Cleaning
Process

Step 1 - 
When you call or message us to enquire about
having your carpets cleaned we will ask you a few
important questions:

~ What areas would you like cleaned?
~ Do you have any problem stains?
~ Is your carpet plain or patterned?
~ Is it wool or synthetic?
~ Have you had your carpets cleaned before, either
professionally or done it yourselves?
~ Do you have parking and easy access for
our equipment?

We will also ask that you remove all furniture
from the rooms you require cleaning, ahead of our arrival.

If items are too heavy or you are unable do not worry, we
can clean around them and still leave you with amazing
results on the accessible carpets.

Step 2 -
On arrival at your home, we will undertake a
carpet inspection and we will test the fibres and construction
of your carpets. We will check for wear spots and problem
stains that may need extra attention.

Step 3 - 
We do a pre clean using our industrial strength
vacuum cleaner, this removes deep down dust and soiling
that is not seen on the surface.

Step 4 -
Next, we do a process called spot cleaning, this
involves carrying out specialist stain removal techniques
on any stains we found on the initial inspection. Products are
child and pet safe.

Step 5 -
Now we spritz the carpet with our pet and child
safe pre-spray.

Step 6 -
We now start what we call the agitating stage. Our
specialist machine aids the pre spray in coating all the
carpet fibres. Note: Certain carpets cannot be agitated as
the fibres are too delicate but this does not mean you are
getting less of a clean, we just follow a slightly different
process.

Step 7 -
Now its time for the carpets hot water extraction
and rinse. Our mobile machine is high spec top of the
range with 800psi power. This stage, pushes clean hot
water into the fibres at the same time as our high powered
vacuum hose sucks up and removes dirt, grime and the
pre spray solution, leaving you with only a slightly wet,
fresh smelling clean carpet.

Step 8 -
Grooming of the carpets isn't possible on all fibres
but where appropriate we will use our grooming rake to
untangle fibres and make the pile fluffy.

Step 9 -
We will now use our drying machine to get your
carpets dry in a flash.

Step 10 -
We finish with a post inspection and will talk with
you about aftercare.

where possible, please provide 24 hours notice or you may
be charged a £50 cancellation fee, unless we can re book
you in at another suitable time.
